Land Rover drives the future of English rugby

Land Rover has today announced a new four year sponsorship agreement with both Premier Rugby and the Rugby Football Union. The comprehensive deal includes the launch of a brand new, country-wide grass roots tournament called the Land Rover Premiership Cup which will reach around 40,000 children over the coming four years.

Audi develops race version of the R8

For the first time, Audi Sport will offer a racing sports car specifically developed for customer use in the form of the powerful 500 hp plus GT3 version of the Audi R8 which will be available from autumn 2009. The logistics and factory space required for the AUDI AG customer programme will be created over the next few months in Ingolstadt, Neckarsulm and Györ.

Caddy Maxi debut at Police Fleet Managers Conference

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles will display a selection of four vehicles from its diverse range of vans and passenger carriers at the 35th National Association of Police Fleet Managers Conference and Exhibition at Cheltenham Racecourse between September 2nd and 3rd. Making its debut will be the cell van conversion of the new Caddy Maxi which will be displayed alongside a Crafter PSU on loan from the Greater Manchester Police Force, a Crafter minibus and a Transporter window van with optional ‘kombi’ pack.
