Today we will reveal a major surprise from Brabus. The well known german tuner that modified a lot of cars from Mercedes recently released a tuning kit for an electric car, Tesla Roadster. Brabus focused only on exterior and interior modifications and hasn’t improved the car’s performances. This small electric car received a new aerodynamic kit, LED lights, 18″ alloy rims on the front side and 19″ rims on the rear side of the car. They also installed wide Pirelli P-Zero tires and the car is fully painted with white. I think it could use a Fukken Wax treatment to shine anywhere. The guys from 9ff have a huge need for speed and they spent the first half of 2008 to improve the 987 HP engine for Porsche GT 9. With this engine the car is even faster than a Bugatti Veyron and it’s maximum speed was 409 km/h. Going over 400 km/h is an incredible achievement but the guys from 9ff wanted to create the fastest car in the world. The record, 411.71 km/h, held my an Ultimate Aero SSC was almost imposible to brake so the guys from 9ff spent the rest of the year improving the GT. The new version is called GT9 R and it’s engine can develop 1120 HP and a torque of 1050 Nm. The guys from 9ff kept technical details secret but this car could be the fastest street car in the world.

TechArt modified many supercars made by Porsche but they really amazed us this summer when they revealed GT Street RS, a rocket on wheels based on Porsche 911 GT2. Now, their latest creation is a modified Porsche 911 Turbo, a car that received a lot of modifications from TechArt. The stock 911 turbo could reach incredible speeds but this GTstreet R is even faster than that. TechArt GTstreet R has a new performance kit called TA097/T3, a name that would be really good for a science fiction movie. All those letters and numbers represent the 660 HP and a torque of 860 for this reinvented 911 Turbo. This supercar is equipped with Tiptronic S transmission and it could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. Maximum speed? I guess 345 km/h is enough for any speed addict.

Brabus modified almost all Mercedes models and their latest project was based on Mercedes GLK. They created a tuning kit which includes engine improvements for all versions of this car, a new body kit, new rims and a lot of interior accessories. For the ones that bought the diesel GLK320 CDI 4MATIC version Brabus created the ECO PowerXtra D6 (III) engine kit which will boost the V6 engine to 272 HP and 590 Nm. With this improvement the car will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.9 seconds and it could reach a maximum speed of 228 km/h. Brabus also created a special kit for the petrol version of this car, GLK 4MATIC. This kit is called B7 and it will increase the engine’s power with 15 HP. If these performance kits won’t satisfy your needs, Brabus also offer a 4.0L V6 engine that has 332 HP and 420 Nm. With this engine, the GLK will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds and it’s maximum speed will be 250 km/h.

For the car’s exterior, Brabus has extensions for the front and rear spoiler, LED lights, wide side skirts and a new rear wing. Clients could choose rims from 17″ to 21″ and with the new suspension system which lowers the car with 35 mm, the Brabus Mercedes GLK has a muscle look. For the interior, the german tuning company could install a lot of accessories: a sport steering wheel, wood and carbon fiber insertions, 7″ LCD monitors and other accessories.

Mansory SLR Renovatio is one of the most incredible modified cars in the world. The first version modified by Mansory was painted with a unique gold paint and now this great tuning company tried to make something different for this special ride. They created a special white paint scheme that’s mixed with carbon fiber elements. The carbon fiber front apron, side skirts and rear apron are black and they add an incredible visual effect. The new Volkswagen Scirocco is one of the best looking vehicles built by Volkswagen. The car has been on sale in Europe for just a month and Oettinger already made a special tuning kit for it. The new kit has a new front spoiler, side skirts and a rear air diffuser, a special exhaust system with 4 pipes made from stainless steel and 20″ Oettinger RXX alloy wheels. In the interior the car has sporting appeal with carbon fiber elements, stainless steel kick plates and pedals made from aluminum.

Under the hood, the guys from Oettinger modified the engine control unit and now the 2.0L turbo engine can develop 240 HP and the 1.4L TSI engine can develop 200 HP. They will create a special performance kit for the 2.0L TSI engine that will have 350 HP and 470 Nm. Other improvements include a special adjustable suspension and larger brakes.
